Here is a preliminary school supplies list for Grades 1-7 that families can purchase in advance of classes starting in September. Please note that individual classroom teachers may add some items to this list when students are placed in their classrooms on Tuesday, September 12th. Kindergarten classrooms purchase their supplies in bulk, and they are used throughout the year. We ask that instead of families buying supplies that they pay $30 at their intake meeting in September (a discounted price as we can buy supplies in bulk).

We are now in the process of working on class placement for the next school year. If your child will be moving or changing schools, please notify the office as soon as possible. Class Placement letters are now available at the office if you are wishing to ensure that our team has all of the important information about your child. Please note that our staff spends a great deal of time working on class placement. Wishes from parents go into the mix but aren’t guaranteed as we have to consider male/female ratio, class size, ELL, special needs, etc. for each class. We will not honour requests that specify a specific teacher. Rather you should write about the educational needs specific to your child. Letters are due to the office Thursday, June 1st.
Morley Elementary School has upgraded their phones throughout the school and our phone numbers and fax number changed on Tuesday, March 28th, 2017. Has your phone number changed too? This will also be a good time to ensure that we have the correct numbers to reach you and your emergency contacts if they have changed. If you move, change numbers, get a new phone, change daycare providers, please ensure that the school has the correct information to contact you for emergency and non-emergency reasons. The new school phone number is: 604-296-9024. The new fax number is 604-296-9069.
