Message from the Burnaby School District: JOB ACTION - INFORMATION & UPDATES
As a district we want to ensure that our school communities are immediately provided with information regarding the provincial education labour negotiations between the BCTF and the BCPSEA - and when we might be able to open our schools for instruction. We encourage you to refer often to the front page of the district website for the latest updates. www.sd41.bc.ca or www.burnabyschools.ca While students are away from school you may want to make use of some of the online resources available
The Burnaby Board of Education and senior district staff continue to remind those at the bargaining table that the needs of our students are a shared priority. While we don't yet know when the 2014/15 school year will begin – we know that when it does, we are committed to ensuring that it is a successful school year for all.
Our office at Morley is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am - 3 pm. You can also reach the school by calling 604-664-8774.
